Description:	Resumo: Objetivou-se avaliar a degradabilidade das frações proteicas do Ervanço e do Capim Massai. Os valores de proteína efetivamente degradável, proteína não degradada, proteína indigestível e proteína digestível não degradada no rúmen foram estimadas segundo os modelos propostos pelo AFRC (1993). O Capim Massai em função do seu potencial de degradação das frações proteicas, principalmente da proteína não degradável no rúmen, apresenta-se como uma interessante opção forrageira para os animais. [Degradation of protein fractions of Massai grass (Panicum maximum cv. Massai) and Ervanço (Alternanthera brasiliana)]. Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the degradability of protein fractions of Ervanço and Massai grass. The values of effectively rumen degrable protein, undegraded protein, indigestible protein and digestible undegradable protein were estimated according to the model proposed by the AFRC (1993). The Massai grass according to their potential for degradation of the protein fractions, particularly of non degradable protein, presents itself as an interesting option forage for animals.
