Description: Bovine anaplasmosis is an important tick-borne disease, which leads to significant economic losses in tropical and subtropical world areas. In this study, sets of the primers targeting the major surface protein 1 (msp1b) gene of Anaplasma marginale were designed and optimized for LAMP method.
