Description:	RESUMO - O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar o desempenho de reprodutores Nelores, interação genótipo versus ambiente, quando acasalados com vacas da mesma raça, em duas regiões distintas. Utilizou 39.051 informações de pesos ao desmame, 8.470 na região do Pantanal Sul Matogrossense e 30.581 animais na região do Alto Taquari – Bolsão. O modelo utilizado para estimativa dos parâmetros genéticos (programa MTDFRML) continha os efeitos aditivos direto do animal, aditivos maternos, os efeitos não correlacionados de vaca; os efeitos fixos de grupo contemporâneo e fazenda, e a idade da vaca como covariável. O peso médio observado para o P205 na região do Pantanal foi de 173,39 kg ± 26,24. A média de idade das vacas foi igual a 90,57. Para região do Alto Taquari Bolsão, a média observada foi de 166,19 kg ± 27,35 kg; a média de idade da vaca foi igual a 89,86 meses. As estimativas das variâncias fenotípicas total foram 406,09 e 490,70 kg2; as herdabilidades diretas e maternas foram de 0,36 e 0,09; 0,31 e 0,15, com uma correlação entre os efeitos diretos e maternos de -0,53 e -0,56; A contribuição do efeito de ambiente permanente de vaca foi igual a 0,15 e 0,09; a proporção ambiental da variância foi igual 0,49 e 0,57, respectivamente para as regiões do Pantanal Sul Matogrossense e do Alto – Taquari - Bolsão. A correlação genética estimada entre os pesos aos 205 nas duas regiões foi igual 0,60, evidenciando a interação genótipo x ambiente significativa entre as duas regiões. Os resultados mostram respostas diferentes dos touros quando esses trabalham em ambientes diferentes. ABSTRACT The objective of this research work was to evaluate the performance of Nellores bulls, interaction genotype versus environment, when breeding with cows of the same breed, in two distinct regions. It used 39,051 information of 205 days of weights, 8,470 in the region of the Pantanal region of South Mato Grosso State and 30,581 animals in the region of the Alto Taquari - Bolsão. The model used for estimate of the genetic parameters (MTDFRML program) contained the direct additive effect of the animal, maternal additives, the uncorrelated effect of dam; the fixed effect of group contemporary and farm, the age of dam as covariate. The observed average weight for the P205 days in the region of the Pantanal was of 173.39 kg ± 26.24. The average of age of dam was equal the 90.57 months. For region of the Alto Taquari Bolsão, the observed average was of 166.19 kg ± 27.35 kg. For Pantanal, the age of the cow was equal the 89.86 months. The estimates of the phenotypic variances total had been 406.09 and 490.70 kg2; the direct herdabilidades and maternal had been of 0.36 and 0,09; 0,31 and 0,15, with a correlation of -0.53 and -0.56; the permanent environment effect of cow was equal 0.15 and 0.09; the environmental ratio of the variance was equal 0.49 and 0.57, respectively for Pantanal and Alto Taquari Bolsão regions. The estimates of genetic correlation between the weights to the 205 in the two regions was equal 0.60, evidencing the interaction significant genotype x environment between the two regions. The results show different answers of the bulls when these work in different environments.
