Description:	O trabalho aqui apresentado busca identificar marcadores moleculares para diagnóstico de Scrapie em amostras de sangue de animais acometidos por PrPSc. Foram coletadas amostras de sangue de ovelhas com diagnóstico positivo para Scrapie, das raças Suffolk e Hampshire Down, e negativas das raças Suffolk e Crioula/Pantaneira.
