Description: Mastitis is the disease that causes the most economic losses in dairy herds worldwide. Its reatment consists of parenteral or intramammary antibiotic therapy, the last route is the most efficient. However, cases of treatment failure are common. To reduce these limitations, this study aimed to evaluate the potential use of a nanostructured formulation for the treatment of mastitis in dairy cattle.
