Description:	RESUMO: Com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito temporal sobre as características morfoagronômicas de genótipos de girassol no Cerrado do Distrito Federal, foram conduzidos no campo experimental da Embrapa Cerrados, em Planaltina-DF, ensaios na safrinha dos anos de 2013 e 2014, em delineamento experimental de blocos ao acaso com quatro repetições. Os genótipos analisados foram GNZ NEON, MG 360, BRS 323, SYN 3950, MG 305, ADV 5504, Aguará 06, SYN 045, Paraíso 20, Aguará 04, CF 101, HLA 2012, M 734 (T), Hélio 250, Hélio 251 e BRS G42. Os caracteres avaliados foram rendimento de grãos, tamanho do capítulo, peso de mil aquênios, altura de plantas e dias para floração inicial. Todas as características avaliadas apresentaram diferenças estatísticas entre os genótipos. Sobressaíram-se os híbridos GNZ NEON (3606 kg ha-1) e CF 101 (3606 kg ha-1) para a característica de rendimento de grãos. Dentre os genótipos avaliados, materiais promissores foram identificados para possível exploração em programas de melhoramento. ABSTRACT: With the aim of analyzing the temporal effect on agronomic characteristics of sunflower genotypes in the Brazilian savannah, experiments were settled at Embrapa Cerrados, Planaltina, DF, in the second crop in 2013 and 2014, in randomized block design with four replications. The nalyzed genotypes were GNZ NEON, MG 360, BRS 323, SYN 3950, MG 305, ADV 5504, Aguará 06, SYN 045, Paraíso 20, Aguará 04, CF 101, HLA 2012, M 734 (T), Hélio 250, Hélio 251 e BRS G42. The experiments evaluated grain yield, head, weight thousand achenes, plant height, and flowering time. All features showed statistical differences among the genotypes. For the seed yield, stood out the hybrids GNZ NEON (3606 kg ha-1) e CF 101 (3606 kg ha-1). Among the evaluated genotypes, promising materials were identified for a possible exploration in breeding programs.
