Seeds of beans (cvs. Carioca and Jalo) and soybeans (cvs. Davis, Doko, Eureka, Cariri, BR-15 and Cristalina) were bombarded with the two cloned components (A and B) of bean golden mosaic virus (BGMV), isolated from Brazil.
