dc.descriptionThe general objective of this article is to analyze innovation initiatives promoted by Embrapa by means of a multiple case study and to propose ways of directing new initiatives of this nature. The specific objectives are: 1. to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement through the analysis of innovation initiatives carried out by the Decentralized Units, 2. to identify possible similarities and complementarities through comparative analysis, and 3. to propose paths and contributions that can be used in new initiatives of this nature.
