Title:	Resposta da cultura de trevo-branco (Trifolium repens L.) cv. Bagé à calagem e à adubação fosfatada e potássica

Description:	Foram estudados durante o periodo de 1972/75, em um experimento de campo com delineamento em parcelas subdivididas, quatro níveis de calcário dolomítico (0; 2,2; 4,4 e 6,6t/ha), quatro níveis de fósforo (0; 100; 200 e 300kg/ha de P>0;), e três níveis de potássio (0; 40 e 80kg/ha de K»0). A eficiência da calagem foi observada a partir do terceiro ano (P « 0,05) e somente para o nivel de 6,6t/ha de calcário. No primeiro ano para o Pe K não foram constatadas diferenças significativas na produção de matéria seca com os diversos níveis de fertilizantes, porém estas foram significativamente superiores (P < 0,05) aos tratamentos testemunha, Para o P o melhor efeito residual foi obtido com 300kg/ha de P-0:. Para o K não foi constatada ação residual e seus teores no solo decresceram a partir do primeiro ano. SUMMARY: WHITE CLOVER (BAGÉ) RESPONSE TO LIMING AND TO PHOSPHORUS AND POTASSIUM FERTILIZATION Four levels of dolomitic lime (0; 2,22; 44 and 6,6tlha), four levels of P (0; 100; 200 and 300kgiha of P:0s), and three levels of K (0, 40 and 80kglha of K:O0) were studied during the 1972/75 period. The field experiment was set up in a split-plot design. Response to liming was observed on the third year (P < 0.05) and only Jor the 6,6tlha of dolomit level used. During the first year there were no differences (P < 0.05) in dry- -matter production for the different levels of P and K used, however they were differents (P < 0.05) from that achieved in the control treatment. The best residual effect for P was achieved with the 300kglha of P:Os level. There was no residual effect for K and its concentration in the soil decreased ajter the first year.
