dc.descriptionResumo: A integração da ciência e tecnologia com o mercado e a sociedade precisa ser estabelecida numa relação de mão dupla, na qual mercado e sociedade deixam de ser simples demandantes por tecnologias, mas passam a fazer uma leitura crítica do impacto e dos benefícios que o produto da pesquisa e as soluções tecnológicas podem conferir para o avanço do agronegócio. Para acompanhar essas novas tendências é importante definir diferentes formas de participação no debate de temas nacionais de interesse técnico e científico, que estejam em pauta no mercado e na sociedade. Esses são desafios para a Transferência de Tecnologia (TT). A transição do desenvolvimento e disseminação de uma tecnologia específica para um modelo de cadeia produtiva promove a formação de redes de conhecimento. Essas redes exigem profissionais altamente qualificados com perspectivas abrangentes para operar com eficácia. Essa necessidade se estende a todos os participantes da cadeia e, consequentemente, exige abordagens mais sofisticadas e especializadas para a transferência de tecnologia. O fortalecimento das ações de Transferência de Tecnologia depende, entre outros fatores, um sólido alinhamento das agendas institucionais, maximizando o uso das informações técnicas e científicas, armazenadas na forma de tecnologias, processos, produtos e serviços (TPPS), bem como promovendo a valoração e a valorização do setor e de pessoas que atuam na TT. Dentro desta lógica, neste capítulo são apresentadas ações de transferência de tecnologia focadas em sistemas ILPF conduzidos pela Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste. | Abstract: The integration of science and technology with the market and society needs to be established in a two-way relationship, in which the market and society cease to be mere demanders of technologies, but begin to critically analyze the impact and benefits that research output and technological solutions can provide for the advancement of agribusiness. To keep up with these new trends, it is necessary to establish different forms of participation in the debate on national technical and scientific topics on the market and/or societal agenda. These are challenges for Technology Transfer (TT). The shift from the generation and communication of a given technology to a production chain context encourages the formation of knowledge networks, which will need to be operated by increasingly qualified professionals with a broader vision. These needs apply to all actors in the chain and therefore require increasingly refined and professional technology-transfer actions. Strengthening technology transfer initiatives depends, among other factors, on solid interaction between institutional agendas, maximizing the use of technical and scientific information stored in the form of technologies, processes, products, and services (TPPS), as well as promoting the valuation and appreciation of the sector and the people working in technology transfer. Within this framework, this chapter will present technology transfer initiatives focused on integrated crop-livestock-forestry systems (ILPF) conducted by Embrapa Pecuária Sudeste.
