Conteúdo:	Resumo: Este trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito da inclusão de diferentes níveis de torta destoxificada de pinhão manso na dieta de caprinos sobre o consumo e a digestibilidade dos nutrientes. Foram utilizadas 24 fêmeas caprinas, com peso médio inicial de 20 ± 1,5 kg. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o inteiramente casualizado. Os níveis de inclusão foram: 0; 7; 14 e 20%, com relação volumoso:concentrado de 31,76:68,24. A inclusão do subproduto de pinhão manso às dietas promoveu aumento no consumo de matéria seca (MS), matéria orgânica (MO), proteína bruta (PB) e fibra em detergente neutro (FDN). Os consumos de extrato etéreo (EE) e carboidratos não fibrosos (CNF) não foram afetados pelas dietas testadas. Verificou-se redução no coeficiente de digestibilidade da MS, MO, PB, FDN e CNF. Os resultados demonstram que não houve restrições à aceitabilidade das dietas com níveis crescentes de torta de pinhão manso o que compensou a menor digestibilidade. A torta destoxificada de pinhão manso apresenta potencial de uso na dieta de caprinos como alimento alternativo. Abstract: This work was carried out to evaluate the effect of increasing levels of detoxified physic nut cake in growing goat diets on intake and digestibility. Twenty four female goats, with average initial weight of 20 ± 1.5 kg were used in a completely randomized design. The treatments were 0, 7, 14 or 20% of detoxified physic nut cake in the dry matter of the diet, with a 31,76:68,24 roughage:concentrate ratio. The inclusion of physic nut cake increased the intake of dry matter intake (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF). The intake of ether extract (EE) and non-fiber carbohydrates (NFC) were not affected by the treatments. The inclusion of physic nut cake reduced the digestibility of DM, OM, CP, NDF and NFC. The results showed there was not restriction to acceptability of diets with increasing levels of detoxified physic nut cake, which counteract the negative effect on digestibility. The detoxified physic nut cake can be used as alternative feedstuff in goat diets.
