The development of biosensors is growing, it allows the measurement of the analyte of interest is achieved by transduction of a selective parameter of the reaction biocomponente- analyte in an electric signal that can be monitored. For this reason, the biological factor that makes up the instrument, it is an essential component for its construction. With that the aim of this work was the study of a process of immobilization of the enzyme tannase in support vitreous, the determination of their conditions of work and their optimal efficiency when applied to a proper system of transduction for the construction of a biosensor for hydrolysable tannins.
