dc.descriptionAbstract: This work evaluates the spatial variability to geoestatistical methods for pasture degradation class in Marabá (PA, Brazil) and verify spatial correlation with slope class and soil class. Sampled 174 points georeferenced, grid aleatory was used in the pasture and defined 3 class (degraded, medium degraded and no degraded) for indicator pasture degradation for the field criteria in 2011 and 2012 in summer. Was used the tipology for pasture degradation analized for fuzzy logic. The spole and soil were classified in 5 class to represent the area condition. The geostatistical was used for spatial variability of the date, with semivariogram construction, semivariogram fitted and ordinary kriging interpolated. For the spatial correlation was used cross semivariogram, construction and fitted. The isoline maps was ploted using interpolated data for the kriging. Results show that the spatial dependence for the classes occured and spatial correlation with pasture degradation and soil class too. The results indicated that the type of soil was the factor important for pasture degradation in Marabá, PA. Was possible identify similar areas for the greater degradation pasture, slope greater and poorly developed soils. The geostatistical proved to be a good tool can be useful also in broader areas of the Amazon.pt_BR
