dc.descriptionThe study identified compatibility types of 28 Phytophthora capsici isolates in Brazil. Intraspecific mating was performed in four culture media. A predominance of type A1 (24 isolates) was found, with distribution linked to geographic origin and no variation in heterothallic nature.
