Description:	The aim of this work was to identify the diametric and spatial patterns of T. elegans in a semideciduous Forest. The diametric distribution was analyzed by the Liocourt "q" Coefficient showing more individuals in the smaller size classes (DBH 0-3 cm). The constant values in the coefficient indicate that the population is stable and presents regeneration potential in the studied. O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar os padrões diamétricos e espaciais de T. elegans numa floresta semidecídua. A distribuição diamétrica foi analisada pelo Coeficiente "q" de Liocourt, mostrando mais indivíduos nas classes de tamanho menores (DAP 0-3 cm). Os valores constantes no coeficiente indicam que a população é estável e apresenta potencial de regeneração na área estudada.
