Description: Mixed farming systems have great potential to combine food production with environmental services, including climate change mitigation and biodiversity preservation. This study contributed to the evaluation of integrated crop-livestock (ICL) and crop-livestock-forestry (ICLF) production systems from the point of view of their potential for carbon (C) sequestration in the soil and in the production system as a whole.
