Description: Although embryo biopsy and vitrification are widely established techniques in human assisted reproduction, their combined physiological effects in bovine in vitro-produced embryos remain poorly understood, particularly concerning oxidative stress and cellular integrity. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of trophectoderm biopsy, followed by vitrification, on cryosurvival, oxidative metabolism, and total cell number in in vitro-produced bovine embryos.
