Description:	O trabalho avaliou a promoção do crescimento de mudas de cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum) por meio de diferentes isolados de Trichoderma spp. (T67, T71 e T75) e dois métodos de inoculação (incorporação em arroz e suspensão de esporos). Os resultados indicaram que as variáveis número de folhas, diâmetro do caule e comprimento da raiz apresentaram efeitos significativos com a inoculação fúngica, destacando-se os isolados T67 e T71 e o método de incorporação em arroz, os quais também incrementaram os teores foliares de macro e micronutrientes acima dos níveis críticos estabelecidos pela literatura.
