Description:	In this paper we evaluate the spatial relationship between prodution efficiency, measured by DEA models, and atributes related to soil fertility in Machadinho d'Oeste, state of Rondônia. Kriging techniques and GIS were used to analyze the efficiency spatial distribution of such atributes and the efficiency in rice, beans corn, and coffee oroduction. The results indicate correlations between efficiency and soils characteristics.
