Description:	Sixty two CB coded lines with field resistance to common bacterial blight (CB) and to the race alfa-Brasil of Colletotrichum llndemuthianum were selected by the pedigree breeding method from crosses between 'PI 207262' * 'Aroana'. Inoculations were made with the isolate Xp CNF 15 adjusted to a concentration of 5 x 107 cfu/ml on primary leaves using the clipping method.
