Description:	Resumo: Objetivando verificar o efeito de raça sobre as flutuações na fertilidade in vitro do sêmen caprino, reprodutores das raças Moxotó (Mo), Pardo-alpina (Pa) e meio-sangue Mo-Pa foram usados como doadores de sêmen. As características avaliadas no ejaculado foram: volume, concentração, motilidade individual progressiva, vigor, porcentagem de espermatozóides vivos, porcentagem de espermatozóides com defeitos maiores, menores e totais. Os efeitos sazonais foram significativos para a maioria das características, com impacto similar entre os tipos raciais. [Seasonal fluctuations and effects of breed on goat semen]. Abstract: Aiming to verify the effect of breed on fluctuations of goat semen in vitro fertility, bucks of Moxoto (Mo), Brown-alpine (Ba) and half-blooded Mo-Ba breed types were used as semen donors. The characteristics evaluated were: volume, sperm concentration, progressive individual motility, motility rate, percentage of live spermatozoa and percentage of defective sperms, classified as major, minor and total defects. Season and breed types effects were signicant for the majority of variables and the impacts of the season were similar among breead types.
