Description: Recent studies demonstrated that melatonin (MEL) could enhance embryo quality and cryotolerance due the antioxidant action. Nevertheless, the optimum concentration and embryo stage has not been clarified yet. The objective of this study was to determine the most suitable concentration and timing of MEL supplementation to maximize blastocyst development.
