Description:	RESUMO - A Fazenda Caiman (19º51´ a 19º57´S e 56º13´ a 56º21”W) localiza-se entre o limite sudeste do Pantanal e o rio Aquidauana, sub-região de Aquidauana. O objetivo foi realizar o levantamento florístico. As observações botânicas e as coletas (material no Herbário CPAP, da Embrapa Pantanal) foram realizadas em pontos selecionados em imagens Landsat e percursos terrestres e fluviais. A flora consta de 684 espécies fanerógamas, número aproximado ao de listas de outros módulos nessa região. Entretanto, foram encontradas espécies peculiares ou raras nessa região, como Amburana cearensis (Fr. All.) A. C. Smith, Caesalpinia pluviosa DC., Coursetia hassleri Chodat, Dorstenia cayapia Vell. var. asaroides (Hook.) C. C. Berg, Ertella trifolia (L.) O. Kuntze, Gouinia brasiliensis (S. Moore) Swallen, Simira corumbensis (Standl.) Steyrm., Trichilia clausenii C. DC. e outras. Essas diferenças florísticas são atribuídas à influência da floresta decidual adjacente extrapantaneira, podendo ser considerado um encrave floristicamente relacionado com a mata calcária da Serra da Bodoquena. Algumas espécies ainda não haviam sido encontradas no Pantanal, como Ananas sp., Schwenckia americana L. e Xanthosoma aristiguietae (Bunt.) M. Madison. A arácea X. aristiguietae é considerada de distribuição disjunta, pois ocorre na Venezuela; sua conservação in situ é favorecida por perturbação, pois não sobrevive ao sombreamento da mata ciliar. ABSTRACT - Caiman Ranch (19º51´ to 19º57´S and 56º13´ to 56º21”W) is located between the Southeastern limit of the Pantanal wetland and the Aquidauana river, subregion of Aquidauana. The objetive was the floristic survey. Botanical observations and collections (kept in herbarium CPAP, Embrapa Pantanal) were taken on points selected through Landsat images and ground inspection. The flora includes 684 phanerogamic species, number close to lists of other modules in the Pantanal. However, peculiar or relatively rare species in the Pantanal were found, like Amburana cearensis (Fr. All.) A. C. Smith, Caesalpinia pluviosa DC., Coursetia hassleri Chodat, Dorstenia cayapia Vell. var. asaroides (Hook.) C. C. Berg, Ertella trifolia (L.) O. Kuntze, Gouinia brasiliensis (S. Moore) Swallen, Simira corumbensis (Standl.) Steyrm., Trichilia clausenii C. DC., etc. Such floristic differences are attributed to influence of outside plain adjacent deciduous forest, and can be considered an engravement floristically related to the calcareous Bodoquena range. Some species had not been found yet in the Pantanal, like Ananas sp., Schwenckia americana L. and Xanthosoma aristiguietae (Bunt.) M. Madison. The aroid X. aristiguietae is considered a disjunct distribution, then it occurs in Venezuela; its in situ conservation is favoured by disturbance, not surviving dense shading inside the gallery forest
