Among the diseases of economic importance currently present in Brazil are include bacterial disease with citrus canker, citrus variegated chlorosis (CVC) and recently huanglongbing (HLB). These bacterial diseases have the potential to significantly increase production costs and thus decrease profitability for Brazilian growers. |
