Description: In 'Chiripá' peach, woolliness is a major physiological disorder that affects the postharvest quality. We haveprevíously observed that wcolllness occurs in approximately 30-40% of the fruit after 25- 35 daysof cold storage (C5) at O·Cand 90-95% reiative humidity (RU).
