Description: This study was carried out in the greenhouse and the laboratory with the objetive of evaluating the influence of Mg in the absorption of Mn and Zn in four soybean cultivars. Under the experimental conditions, the results led to the conclusion that there is an effect of non-competitive inhibition between Mg and Zn and between Mg and Mn; the Lineweaver & Burk transformation has agreement better so that Hofstee; the increase of the magnesium concentration in the solution reduces significantly the absorption of Zn and Mg.
