Description: The study of the viability of spermatozoa recovered post-mortem from animals is important to determine the maximum period for extracting viable cells from the epididymis. In this work, bovine testes were collected at a slaughterhouse, transported to the laboratory and stored at 5°C for different periods (0h, 24h, 48h and 72h).
