Conteúdo:	RESUMO - A produtividade de bovinos de corte depende da eficiência produtiva e reprodutiva. No entanto, é importante o conhecimento das repetibilidades destas.Para isso, objetivou-se estudar as repetibilidades das medidas de eficiência produtiva e reprodutiva, para utilizar como indicadores de seleção. Foram utilizados dados de 194 vacas dos grupos genéticos (GG) ½ Angus x Nelore (AN), ½ Caracu x Nelore (CN) e ½ Valdostana x Nelore (VN) por 4 anos. As características reprodutivas analisadas foram: dias para o cio (DC), intervalo de partos (IP), dias para parir (DPP) e diagnóstico de gestação (DG). As produtivas foram: peso da vaca (PV), escore de condição corporal (ECC), peso do bezerro (PB) e relação de desmama (RD). Os efeitos no modelo foram: ano, lote, GG, estádio reprodutivo, idade, descanso reprodutivo e raça dos touros (PB e RD). As análises foram multivariadas, com abordagem Bayesiana via Amostrador de Gibbs. As repetibilidades médias das características reprodutivas foram: DPP (0,0136), IP (0,0448), DC (0,012) e DG (0,1746), e as produtivas: PV (0,7124), ECC (0,1843), PB (0,1746) e RD (0,3042). Assim, medidas reprodutivas são pouco efetivas como indicadores de seleção, enquanto que controlar o PV pode ser uma boa alternativa. ABSTRACT - Beef Cattle production depends on productive and reproductive efficiency. However, the knowledge of the repeatability is important. The aim of this work was to study the repeatability among measures of reproductive and productive efficiency, to use it like selection indicator. Data from 194 dams of the genetic group (GG) ½ Angus x Nelore (AN), ½ Caracu x Nelore (CN) and ½ Valdostana Nelore (VN) collected in 4 years were used. The reproductive traits analyzed were days to heat (DH), calving interval (CI), days to calve (DC) and pregnancy rate (PR). The productive traits were dam weight (DW), body conditional score (BCE), calf weight (CW) and weaning rate (WR). The effects on the model were: year, management group, GG, reproductive status (RS), age, reproductive rest and bull`s breed (CW and WR). Multivariate analyses were used, with Bayesian approach via Gibbs sampling and suitable model to censored data and the threshold. The repeatability of the reproductive traits were: DC (0,0136), CI (0,0448), DH (0,012) and PR (0,1746), and the productive: DW (0,7124), BCE (0,1843), CW (0,1746) and WR (0,3042). Thus, selection to reproductive traits is ineffective, while to control the dam`s weight may be a good alternative.
