Description: The present study aims to: (i) Identify the aroma/flavour descriptors of C. canephora samples from 13 different countries of origin and submitted to various postharvest processes, with different quality levels, and organize them in an aroma/flavour wheel for use as a descriptive tool in quality assessment; (ii) Investigate differences in description as well as quality scores attributed to the C. canephora samples by professional exporting and importing coffee graders.
